Prior to joining Emprove Practice Solutions, Cindy served as the Chief Administrative Officer of the highly regarded Baylor Scott & White Health HealthTexas Provider Network. Her business sense, collaborative approach, and ability to work alongside physicians, administrators, and staff launched her career and moved her through the various ranks of operations from practice administration, Director Specialty Operations, Vice President Operations, Chief Operations Officer and ultimately Chief Administrative Officer. In every role, Cindy was able to facilitate the strategic and operational objectives and guided the organization to success, year after year.
Cindy graduated with University Honors and cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science. She received her Master degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Dedicated to creating best practices in the healthcare industry, Cindy regularly lends her expertise to Medical Group Management Association, serving as conference content abstract reviewer, Fellowship certification exam essay grader, and both contributor and evaluator of professional domains within the group practice management profession. When not at work , she enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, and playing competitive tennis.
