With over 20 years of experience in operations and leadership, Mike Carlozzi has a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency in the healthcare industry. His expertise spans corporate operations, business development, complex contract negotiations, leadership cultivation, and physician engagement. Mike is known for his ability to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance business performance, improve cash flow, and streamline operations.
Before joining Emprove Practice Solutions, Mike served in multiple executive positions, including Chief Operations Officer at Monticello Health System and Texas Vascular Associates. Among his many achievements was earning the Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work award for Monitcello. Mike’s passion for the healthcare industry, its providers, and the greater community drives his commitment to making a positive impact through innovative solutions and dedicated leadership.
Mike holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Baylor University.
Outside of his professional life, Mike is dedicated to his family. He, along with his wife and two children, have been residents of the DFW area for over 2 decades. He is active with the SPCA of Texas, Pilots N Paws, and enjoys hunting, golfing, and flying.
